Hello all , I am building a new gaming pc but I am on a tight budget and I live in Egypt prices are bit high over here I have been stuck for 2 weeks now trying to decide what to buy in order to get the best gaming experience from that pc.

I am looking for a smooth gaming just 30+ FPS on high settings maybe, 1080p resolution.
I play games as BF4, AC Series , GTA V ( looking forward for it ) , Watchdogs, Fifa 15.

As a reference for prices I can provide you with this link so it might help you trying to build a pc of course the currency is Egyptian pounds. : http://www.egprices.com/en/category/computers

My current budget is : 5400 Egyptian pound for ( CPU - GPU - RAM - Hard disk - Motherboard - PSU - Case - Monitor )

That's the best recommendation I have got from a sales person from a store here.

CPU : http://www.egprices.com/en/product/intel-core-i5-4440-haswell-3-1ghz-6m-lga-1150-quad-core-desktop-processor-el-nekhely-technology

GPU : http://www.egprices.com/en/product/sapphire-dual-x-r7-265-2gb-gddr5-el-nekhely-technology

RAM : http://www.egprices.com/en/product/geil-evo-veloce-4gb-ddr3-1600-cl9-1-5v-desktop-memory-gev34gb1600c9sc--el-nekhely-technology

Hard disk : http://www.egprices.com/en/product/western-digital-wd-caviar-blue-wd10ezex-1tb-sata-6gb-s-7200-rpm-64mb-cache-hdd-el-nekhely-technology

Motherboard : http://www.egprices.com/en/product/asus-h81m-v3-lga1150-motherboard-el-nekhely-technology

PSU + Case : ( He did recommend the both in 1 ) http://www.egprices.com/en/product/zalman-z3-plus-mid-tower-case-zalman-zm500-le-psu-maximum-hardware

Monitor : http://www.egprices.com/en/product/samsung-s22d300hy-21-5-inch-led-lcd-monitor-maximum-hardware

Total Price is : 5420

I am not a fanboy of any and I might consider any replacements withing the same price range.
Sorry for writing too much just wanted to clarify my situation.

I'd go with an i3-4330 in order to invest that extra money into a bigger GPU, like a R9 280x.

Other than that, and this is a must, raise that RAM to 8GB (2x4GB), with only 4GB you're gonna have a lot of fps droppings when your 4GB gets used up, and that's something almost every modern game will do, the games you listed will use 6GB practically from the moment you launch them.

That's a pretty good one thank you let's hope I will find these in stores with the same prices sometimes they vary a little bit , but I do have a question the Monitor doesn't have an HDMI connector it will not be HD right ?
And if you wouldn't mind just suggest another GPU in case I didn't find the R9 280 as it says it is out of stock :(

By checking this page : http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
I have found out that the GPU needs 550w and the psu is 500w wouldn't that cause any issues ?

I have visited some stores today and found out that the Monitor you suggested is 1600 x 900 , This wouldn't be 1080p right ?

and for the psu thing Sorry for being so newbie , I just don't get it shouldn't the psu be more than the recommended wattage and amperes or how does it goes ? not very good with the psu things as I have been told that it has 2 +12v rails that wouldn't be so good for the VGA by a sales person

no 1080p is 1920x1080 sorry didn't see on the link i gave you in the specifications it says 1920x1080 i can suggest you another monitor but it will cost more so it will go over your build cost so is your budget 5400 or can you go higer maybe to 6000 and i can suggest you PSU with more Watts if you are scared that Seasonic one wont be enough.

and about the wattage recommendation you are looking at these are GPU manufacturer recommendatio they allways over recommend so that nobody can say you didnt recommend enough powerfull PSU and thats why my GPU died

EDIT: because if you cant raise you budget even for a little bit( it dont have to be 6000 can be less) we will need to adjust other components

I am not sure about raising my budget right now seems little impossible for me but It can go up to 5500 that's what I can tell for now.

Another sales person did recommend me the GTX 960 instead of 280 in order to fit my budget with a 22"inch monitor

Edit : it was 19 inch monitor sorry for that

than go with GTX 960 i picked r9 280 because of 3gb of VRAM. Right now GTX 960 is better in some games but in the long run games will need more VRAM GTX 960 only have 2gb but you will ne fine for at least 3 years. plus if you go with GTX 960 you wont need to worry about the PSU because GTX 960 uses less power give me 5 min and i will find you 1920x1080 monitor that will fit your budget

are you sure this is a 1080p !! ?? it is 19 inch with 1366 x 768 resolution.

Edit : By reviewing your recommendation I have replaced the monitor with this one : http://www.egprices.com/en/product/samsung-s22d300hy-21-5-inch-led-lcd-monitor-micro-labs
and the case with power supply by this one : http://www.egprices.com/en/product/cooler-master-k281-mid-tower-desktop-case-500w-psu-el-badr-group
Happy to hear your feed back about these 2.
Total is 5545 which is somehow acceptable I will visit the stores soon to see if I can go for this pc. Thank you for you all replies and help
