^ That up their is the rig i want to know if their is anything i can add its a streaming pc for twitch budget is 700 need advice on things i should add or replace. ty for the help

A couple of issues with your build
The motherboard uses an older AMD chipset and wont get the best from the processor .
The RE hard drive is not ideal for a desktop pc
Id also use windows 8 . The license lets you reuse it on another computer , while the 7 license means its stuck on that first computer and cant be transferred . Its easy to use a free program called classic shell to add a start button .

This is a little more but is probably where you should be looking IMO
