And then I was going to get a Ethernet adapter since i wont be able to run a cord up through my house and I was going to get this one

Someone else will have to comment on the powerline adapter, but the build looks good with one thing to check out: Make certain that the 212 EVO will fit in the case once mounted on the motherboard. It looks like the side window is moved out a bit to accommodate such a cooler etc., but it is worth checking into.

Why the huge PSU? I would get a good 650W PSU such as a XFX/Seasonic or EVGA G2 version 750 depending on whats cheapest.

Did you intentionally leave out a DVD drive? You will need it if you are buying windows on a disk.

Make sure your motherboard comes with at least a couple sata connectors for your Hard Drive and DVD drive if applicable.
