As disturbed force mentioned, the intergrated GPU is not nearly enough. You need a discrete (seperate) graphics card. Also 4GB of RAM (although it is the minimum recommendation) is cutting it close, depending on background processes running.
But you'll have to invest in a graphics card, at least, to play GTA5.
