Best GPU for a low wattage PSU

So I was planning to get a ASUS R9 270X and a new power supply. I have an ASUS M32BF model desktop. I just found out it has a 300 watt power supply. I am still planning to get the 270X. I will pop the case open tomorrow (warranty sticker be damned) and try and find the dimensions I can use or call tech support and ask them. But if all that fails and I need to work with what I have at hand I want a back up plan.

So basically what is the best card I can use with my 300 watt power supply and A10 6700 CPU at 3.70 GHz? I have 8 GB of RAM as well. Also the Slot is a PCI ex 16. That is what is printed on the mother board below it. I would prefer something with 2 GB of memory, DDR5 and fairly good performance. Also what can my gaming expectations be? I imagine I will have to scale them back. But I would at least like to be able to play games like War thunder, World of Tanks, Fallout New Vegas and maybe even GTA IV with some decent FPS and on high settings. I am not a heavy pc gamer. But I play World of Tanks a bit and recently started playing War Thunder.

Solution
Geforce GTX 750Ti, without any doubt. Uses only 60W and is the fastest card that can actually work on a 300W PSU. Make sure you get the model without additional 6-pin power connector, there are a few that have them. It has GDDR5 and there are 2GB models available, it also has decent performance in 1080p.

Any good AMD cards as well? Not that I am against the Geforce 750Ti.

The differences between various card vendors mostly boil down to whether or not the cards are overclocked and their cooling solutions. EVGA makes good cards. I prefer gigabyte myself because of their windforce cooler, but you cannot go wrong with any of them actually.
