Hey Irish. For your desired features I would look at these mice ( http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/mouse/#sort=a7&page=1&c=6,10,12,14,23,24,25&d=4000&h=1,3 ) I would recommend a specific one to you but to get a good quality mouse for your preferences and wanted features, you should look at these and decide which is best for you. One thing I can say is that you should definitely save up at least a little more to get one of these mice. I would personally be very interested in the Logitech G402 with its reliable Logitech build quality and warranty/support plus the subtle blue light that is awesome but won't be too OP :) I hope this helped, I'll respond to any further questions you may have as soon as I can!!!

Sorry for the late answer but what about these ones

http://www.amazon.co.uk/UtechSmart-Programmable-programmable-Customizing-Manufacturers/dp/B00FNKMVUO/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1429275683&sr=8-15&keywords=gaming+mouse

This ones got 16400 dpi(way overkill),two profiles,13 buttons which is frankly too many for me to use properly in gaming#

http://www.amazon.co.uk/TeckNet%C2%AE-Programmable-Gaming-Cartridge-Switches/dp/B00E290N1G/ref=sr_1_33?ie=UTF8&qid=1429277643&sr=8-33&keywords=gaming+mouse

also 16400 dpi,6 buttons which is really quite good for me,4 profiles. The fact that its red + something pisses me off cuz my setup is blue

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Anker%C2%AE-Precision-Programmable-Buttons-Cartridges/dp/B00AAQRNQ8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1429282946&sr=8-1&keywords=anker+mouse

8200 dpi,4 buttons which is ok,2 profiles

personally i like the middle one but i hate the colour although i can live with it because my keyboard has some red on it also, its also the cheapest one at 30 euro.the top one has too many buttons but has good colour and is 45 euro but i like it.the bottom one has not enough buttons and is 35 euro

What games are you currently playingg, and what is your preferred mouse grip type?

I wouldn't really recommend buying a mouse by the maximum DPI it can reach, due to the fact that many mice with very high DPI ratings (Just like how Razer mice advertise speeds up to 8000) usually accomplish this through interpolation which leads to pixel skipping and inaccuracies. Many of these mice may also have problems like hardware acceleration and prediction which can very well be huge problems in games like CS:GO.

im playing games like bf3,gta 5,cs go....These were just cheap mice i could find. Most of them have software where you can turn the acceleration off.from what i can tell the 13 button 46 euro one would be the best one.

The first and last mice both seem like a good deal, with both having pretty decent sensors and good mice switches both seem to definitely be a decent buy.

However, If you are not too picky about the amount of programmable buttons your mouse has, and you only want the best accuracy and performance for the price this may be something you may want to consider.
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/cooler-master-gaming-alcor-gaming-mouse-4000dpi-7-button-multi-colour-led-option

Great flawless sensor, decent build quality and a decent buy overall.

But in the end, those 3 mice I mentioned are all pretty decent and I'm sure you'd be satisfied with any of those if it fits your needs.

Edit: Did a little bit more research on the tecknet mouse, decent sensor and the buttons definitely seem well placed, I'd buy it over the first and the last mouse you mentioned.

I did some more research and it seems like the MIONIX Avior 7000 may be something you may want to consider. Excellent on board sensor with great accuracy, 9 programmsable buttons with decent placement and BLUE BACKLIGHT (which seems like something you've been wanting)

Around 45EUR and a great buy overall.

The Mionix is ok,but its got flaws that other people mentioned that would annoy me aswell, such as right side buttons or mouse turns off for 3 seconds when you switch profile, not to mention its 65 euro on amazon.

Now the technet apart from the colours(which annoy me to no end) doesnt actually have 1600 ratings, the ratings are for all of the mice on that page(there are 5).I personally like the utechsmart but if you say that its not good then i guess i wont get it.So if the Utechsmart isnt good and the colours of the Technet annoy me.I guess ill buy the Anker one. Thanks for you help and could you maybe help me choose a blue backlit keyboard?

I had this one in mind but its red on the bottom....

Keyboard isnt that important to me so keep it under 30 pounds.

The Mionix Naos is about 45EUR on amazon.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mionix-Avior-7000-Mouse-DVD/dp/B00HGKOD9G

And I'd say the issue you talked about with the Avior turning off for 3 seconds would be a minor one unless you need to actively need to switch profiles during gaming, as build quality is great and the sensor doesn't have any inherent problems.

The 3 mice all have the same sensor like, the Avago 9800, which seems to have inherent acceleration (fixed through firmware?) and mice smoothing, but if you aren't really picky about your mouse accuracy any of those mice would be a decent buy.

And for the keyboard, judging by the reviews and the price, it really isn't a bad option and it looks like you'll be satisfied with it.

I personally game on a logitech k100 PS2 and it's pretty decent no frills keyboard satisfies all of my needs.

The Mionix is 46 pounds which is 63 euro.I am picky about the accuracy because ill be playing fps games and need my aim to be spot on.What do you think about the 3rd option? The anker one,its only 35 euro,8200 dpi which is way more than enough(Its freaking blue) and i think its got pretty good sensors?Im set on that one so if its good in your opinion then ill pick it up,as for the keyboard i also like the perixx 1200 just hate the red at the bottom..Im so damn picky

@OP Why do you want it to be 4000 DPI at all to be fair? Do you think you will use the mouse at that sensitivity because I don't think anyone actually does that?

I like the Logitech g402 although its quite expensive at 55 euro(also only 1 profile from what i can tell),if its considerably better than the Anker one then i guess ill get it

I wouldn't buy the Anker.

It's not a known brand and I can't tell you how the build quality of that mouse is and how it feels and performs in hand.

I recommend the Mionix Naos 3200 if It's in your price range. 3200 DPI is more than you'll ever need I think. A lot of competitive players don't even use that amount of DPI really.

The Mionix is out of my price range. The ankers got 474 ratings with 4 1/2 avg so i doubt its not good and obviously people buy them. Some poeple complained of it feeling a bit cheap but what can i expect from a cheap mouse - also i use a 10 euro mouse at the moment so i doubt i will notice the cheapness of it.

I won't trust those reviews as I feel most of those who bought it haven't actually used a really good mouse.

If any trusted reviewer says It's a good mouse, I would understand.

However, Anker absolutely copied the Tecknet X9800. It's the same mouse. It's always thing like that with cheaper mice brands.

They copy each other. I wouldn't trust it but it might be a good mouse I guess. Just don't buy it based on the high DPI, as that really is pointless.

I have a good idea, why don't you try out the CM Storm Xornet. That's a good mouse just not with many buttons.

Try and look at the Logitech G402 or the C.Y.B.O.R.G RAT 7 Gaming Mouse.

I may get the G402 but is it really worth extra 20 euro? for only 1 profile and less buttons?

I agree on the RAT 7 but I've seen alot of reviews on the G402(Including youtube) and it's actually a very good mouse
