Task Scheduler Won't Start Programs Properly

I have task scheduler set to run several programs at login, but I can't seem to find a way to add arguments or do anything that will start the selected programs (such as Intel Extreme Tuning Utility) minimized and/or in the tray.

I've tried:
1. Adding arguments such as: "start /min," "/min," "/t," "/c start /min"
2. (I'm sure this isn't the way it works, but) attempting to add the arguments before the Program/script, then replacing the arguments from before to after
3. Creating a shortcut, selecting "start minimized," adding shortcut to Task Scheduler
4. Adding same shortcut to Startup (even after selecting "run as Administrator" (the programs themselves just won't run from startup))
5. Repeatedly banging my head against the wall.

#5 has gotten me the furthest so far.

What can I do to get these programs to start minimized to the tray?

I've never had to manually add programs like this. They usually start automatically unless I tell the not to from within the program settings.

Usually any program that is useful to be started on launch has the capability already.

That Intel program for example should launch. There are troubleshooting steps listed here (click "FAQ"):

If this is a constant problem with other programs you may have a MAJOR problem with Windows requiring a reinstallation but verify your version of Windows is compatible first.

I only manually add programs that don't give me startup options (like my copy of the Tuning Utility for some reason, even though it's fully updated.) Programs like MSI Afterburner and HWMonitor are already set up automatically for me.

It's nice keeping that Tuning Utility in the tray because I don't like having to constantly restart my computer just to give certain games an extra CPU boost and then restart again to bring it back to standard frequencies. ...but I'd definitely prefer it if it started in the tray instead of full-screen. :p It's not a major issue for me - just an inconvenience/annoyance.

I read everything on that page in the link you sent, but I couldn't find anything about minimizing the program on startup.

I just performed a clean install of the OS on a blank drive and put in the activation code, heh, so it's not a problem with needing a reinstall. I've had this problem with a couple other computers and just chose not to have them run at startup instead, but I think that this specific program is necessary to have running.
