Worth Upgrading to 16GB of RAM?

I currently have 8GB of G. Skill Ripjaws X RAM in my system (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231445&cm_re=g_skill_ripjaws_x-_-20-231-445-_-Product). I was wondering if it's worth it to buy another set of this RAM, as I have about $35 in Newegg gift cards, meaning I could get another 8GB of RAM for about $35. I mostly just game on my PC and I'm running an i5-4690K with an MSI GTX 970. My only concern is that having four dimms will cause problems as opposed to two dimms, as I've heard that CPU overclocking and RAM latency are negatively affected by this. Is it an issue? BTW, when playing GTA V it usually uses up about 6GB of my RAM, but the pagefile fills up to about 10GB, which makes me think that I need some more RAM...

Probably not worth it.

Windows seems to use a pagefile no matter how much ram you have.

GTA is one of the few games that actually uses over 4Gb on my system, and it doesn't even get close to 8.
Even if it uses more than 8, it will only slow down if it can't unload old, and load new ram in time.
