I wana ask U Some Questions If U dont mind...........
1) Which graphic card is better?
Gigabyte GT 740 1GB or 2GB GDDR5 OC Edition?
Which will give more FPS?
I will be Playing Latest Games like Unity, Son of Rome, GTA V, Hardline etc, on 1024x768 Resolution At Medium-High or May BE Ultra to Get Playable FPS........
My Other Specs Are:
Acer MID-tower Case
P45 Motherboard
Q6600 @2.4Ghz
2x2GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM
320GB SeaGate 7200prm HardDrive
300watt Intel PSU........
2) Also Can I OverClock the Processor and if yes how much juice can I get of it? How Much FPS Increase?

1) The second one is faster due to OC and will give slightly higher FPS. You dont need 2GB for 1024x768, 1 is more than enough.
2) You can OC that CPU to at least 3 GHz, but FPS gain largely depends on the game. Even in best cases, you can expect 10-15% increase. Graphics card will give you the most in that regard.
