Hello, I have bought the following item and they have not yet been assembled.

CPU: AMD Athlon II 860k
CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 13 Limited Edition
Motherboard: MSI A55M-E33
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X 2x4Gb 1600 Mhz DDR3 (Red)
HDD: Seagate Barrcuda 1TB
PSU: XFX Pro 450W 80 Plus Bronze
GPU: Sapphire R7 260X
PC Case: CiT Neptue (Blue)
Optical drive: Haven't yet been purchased

If the cooler were to be fitted then it could only point up or down instead of to the rear of the case which is where the vent is. I was wondering if there are some kind of brackets that can rotate the cooler 90 degrees? Or if I should not use the cooler fan and just use the rear case fan because the cooler is quite high powered for the CPU capable of cooler a 200W CPU and I'm using a 95W CPU. I'm not planning on changing any of the parts in this build (unless something is not compatible).

So, are there brackets I can get or should I not use the cooler fan and just the heatsink or Is it fine to use the way it is?

Solution
Use the cooler fan that came with the cooler. It doesn't matter which way the fan points to. As long as your case fans have been configured in the right push/pull configuration then your case will get good airflow.
