Non-80+ VS 80+ Bronze PSU, what do I really need?

I will be having this build:

INTEL PENTIUM G3258 3.2GHz (not planning to overclock)
MSI H81M-E33
SAPPHIRE R7 260X 2GB 128BIT DDR5
1TB WESTERN BLUE HDD
4GB KINGSTON DDR3 1600MHz

I am on a very little budget so I really want the best performance I can get, out of my pitiful budget. I did some researches and readings and that's why I came to this build. All that's left is a PSU and I am in a pinch since my build only need around 300w. So help me guys choose from these:

Corsair VS450 450w PSU (non-80+)
Seasonic S12II-520 520w 80+ Bronze

Do I really need to have the 80+? I mean if the difference won't be that big I would choose the Corsair because it is much more cheaper between the two. So what you guys think? Please help me choose.

Solution
The vs450 would work, but the seasonic is a much higher quality unit for sure.

If you want something better quality than the corsair but cheaper than the seasonic, look for antec

I always see people cheap out on the PSU and don't understand why... A cheap PSU is more likely to become faulty than a slightly more expensive psu with a certified efficiency rating... A bad PSU can damage your other components

So do you think the ANTEC VP450 will be a better choice than the Corsair VS450? They're both cheaper than the Seasonic and they're 450w. But this Antec VP450 is not 80+ also. Do you think it will work out just fine?
