Will AsRock 960GM/U3S3 FX support an MSI GTX 970 Graphics Card?

Hi guys and gals, I am new to this site, and new to pc builds in general, so pardon my ignorance.
As the title suggests, I am looking at purchasing a new GPU, a GTX 970, and wondered whether this would be compatible with my current motherboard, an AsRock 960GM/U3S3 FX.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
(Note, I am looking to play GTA V on max settings, full HD). Thanks for your help in advance

From the AsRock website, my motherboard has: 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot

I shall find out about my CPU shortly when I'm at my computer :)

OK, CPU is AMD FX-4100
Memory: DDR3 8GB

Can't think off hand what PSU I've got, but I think it's a pretty good lol

I feared as much :-( So an H97 board, Intel i5 processor and GTX 970 GPU??
