Alright, this shows how stupid I am. I went out and bought a new CPU and MB and turns out I had no clue that I had to reinstall Windows 7. Now, I already have my new MB and CPU hooked up, sooo theres no going back. How can I reinstall Windows 7 without losing ANYTHING on my hard drive?

Thanks!

you cant is the short, but you can save all of your documents pictures ect by using hocing your hard drive up to another computer and copying any documents pictures ect. note this WILL NOT work with program in most cases

"My understanding was that if its a OEM license you could not change motherboards and still use it"

Microsoft is not always as evil as people think. I have replaced components(MB or CPU) that required reactivation and called Microsoft and received an activation code. But if Chevape wants to ignore my suggestion it won't cost me any time or money.
