I noticed all EVGA "super clocked" models have a boosted core clock but no boost was done to the memory clock?
Whenever i read about someone overclocking their gpu they raise both core clock and memory clock to the max stable setting so
Is there any reason EVGA did not boost the mem on these?
I would think having a boosted mem clock would be a even better card?

It always up to the manufacturer how much they want to boost, what components they want to boost, and what market they will put that card in. Most manufacturers don't boost memory, just the core clock. My Evga GTX 960 is the same way. Core is boosted, but not the memory. But of course, you can increase the memory speed on your own if you want.
