... And there also was a windows update in between turning off, installing heatsink, then turning PC back on with randomly reset BIOS, stressing CPU showed maximum of 3.68GHz rather than my previous 3.89GHz.
I said for BIOS to automatically set stuff, however I never overclocked before so it seems strange that CPU speed wouldn't just be how it was previously.
