I just build a new pc. When i installed windows i had the option to either install it to my ssd or hdd, Of course i installed it into the ssd. But my windows no longer finds my hard drive (when i go to "my PC" i only see my ssd), And i cannot access my bios because its on the fast boot up mode. So what do i do to make my windows find my hdd.

Solution
check that sata ports are set to achi mode and not raid. turning on intel feature in the bios changes the sata ports to raid. if the drive is new make sure there two cables connected. (data and power). feel to see if the drive is spinning. if there no movement. try another power cable. also check that the drive face with the pcb not hitting the ssd or any other metal part. also check that you used the right screws and did not screw into the pcb.
