I'll use this for gaming but mostly for Dota 2 on max and with 60 fps. I will OC my G3258 to 4.5Ghz. My options aren't H81 because I want to upgrade my parts soon. The coolers on the local shop I go to are limited they have an H75 Corsair but that price is too much for me, but if I don't have a choice (Deepcool Frostwin/Ice Blade V2 won't be able to handle cooling G3258) then I have to buy an H75.

Specs:
Processor: Intel Pentium G3258
Mobo: ASUS Z97-A / ASUS Z97-P /ASUS Z98-K / ASUS Maximus VII Ranger / MSI Z87-G43 Gaming
GOu: NVidia 750Ti / Radeon R7 250X / R7 260X
Cooler: Deepcool Frostwin / Deepcool Ice Blade V2
Ram: 8 GB Kingston Fury
PSU: 450W Corsair

PS: I want to save as much money as possible.

Solution
Most any Z97 based motherboard will do.
Here is one of the cheapest ECS Z97-PK(V1.0) $65

I have used ECS before and was favorably impressed.

As to the graphics cards, they are all of comparable performance. I would pick the GTX750ti for quiet and power efficiency.
If you might plan to use a stronger graphics card in the future, look for something in ghe 550-62ow range.
And, there are better units than corsair. Look for Seasonic, xfx, ang=tec for starters.
