i have a ASUS V9980 Ultra/TVD GeForce FX 5950Ultra AGP card, and parts are broken off the back of the card.
i counted 3 of them.
i know i'm polishing a turd, but it's for a classic rig i am building. based on the part numbers it looks like i'm missing a capacitor, diode, and a transistor.
i'm handy with a iron, and can replace them if there is a way to find out the values.

judging by the scratches on the card it looks like a person had this card in a box with other parts.
and i can tell by the shape of the solder in those places that something used to be there.

Will be a hard task to fix it then, even if you find the right components, there is no guarantee that the card doesn't have other problems due to bad hadling. I think it would be an easier task to buy a working one from the internet. I could gladly send you a perfectly working 6600GT (AGP) but i'm afraid it will cost 3-4 times more than if you buy one in your country.

well the missing components all together probably don't cost more than $3.
replacing this card would cost me around $30.
i'm needing this specific model card for a windows 98 machine.

i have seen images of videocards where people have modified the voltages beyond what the card can provide by itself.
so they probably had to have some access to a schematic.
a parts list would work too.
