The G1820 will be faster if you aren't a heavy multitasker. In fact, it will trounce the Athlon, because it has a higher clock rate, and it does more per clock than the Athlon.
Only go for the Athlon if you do stuff that will definitely benefit from more cores.
Between the Athlons, get the 5350. It's worth it.

I would go even farther and say that the Celeron would beat the Athlon all the time in every task no matter how threaded it may be. The difference is not huge though.
Even in multi-threaded the Celeron edges out the AMD, and of course in single-threaded it absolutely obliterates it.
The AM1 platform is ideal for stuff like HTPCs or home servers where the system will be on 24/7. It has ultra low power usage and even with the stock heatsink is almost completely silent. If you need responsive computing or quick performance for anything the AM1 platform is last place you should look
For future reference to anybody that reads this thread. The Intel Celeron G1820 beats the Athlon 5150 / 5350 in every test even intergrated graphics even multi-tasking by quite a bit. Stay away from the Athlon 5350 at $50, I own one and can't wait to replace it with a Intel G3220T/G3250T (35watt). Plus the AM1 socket the 5350 uses only supports single channel memory and really has no bright future.
