What gaming PC config is better?

1st, I'd take an AM3+ 6350 over any dual core every time. After that, the noted differences are:

Better case for #1 (IMO, cases are often subjected though), and no disk drive...which tbh are non essential nowadays (though I keep an externally encased 5" BDD for the odd rip/conversion)...and a slightly beefier PSU for the second.

Is this your max budget friend? I think you'd benefit from the next step up in GPUs
