New build PC won't POST, GPU fans not spinning.

Hi!,
No post at all, no display, no beep.

CPU and case fans work except GPU fans(not sure if they are supposed be on or not).

Build Specs

* CPU: AMD fx-8350
* GPU: Gigabyte R928WF3OC-3GD
* Motherboard: Asrock 970 extreme3 r2.0
* PSU: Corsair VS650
* RAM: 1x G-Skill 8GB

Attempted fixes:

* Reset CMOS
* Different PSU
* 1 by 1 component removal and test
* Different GPU (5 year old one, No fan spin either)

I got no start beeps with each test.

Any Suggestions?

In no particular order -

> Remove CPU and check CPU and it's socket for damaged/missing pins/pads. Re-seat CPU and CPU cooler carefully and evenly without too much pressure applied (don't over tighten cooler screws).

> Make sure video card and DIMM are inserted properly/firmly in their slots.

> Double check that ALL cables are inserted properly (power, data, monitor, video card auxiliary power, CPU auxiliary power) and in the correct slots/connectors.
