How is my cpu running? Getting too much power?

Hello everyone just completed my first build was wanting to know if these are normal Temps for my cpu and overall how things look. My specs are

My readings on bios after running for 25 minutes at an ambient temperature between 20-22 Celsius.

Cpu temp: 32 c
Mobo temp: 23c
Cpu fan 1: 1935 rpm
Cpu fan 2: 1888rpm
Cpu input voltage: +1.766v
Cpu v core: +1.056v
Cpu cache voltage +1.184v
system agent voltage : +0.824
Cpu analog io voltage: +1.008
cpu digital io voltage : +1.016.

Still newbie when it comes to builds so if you could break down what those readings mean it would be much appreciated. Also I'm planning on over clocking do you forsee any problems doing so?
