Hi guys I will buy this pc soon and I want to know can I play gta 5 high settings 60 fps ? Also can I play other games at high settings? If not what graphics card do I need and do I gonna have bottleneck?

I agree with the previous statements, if you have the extra money, go for a 280 or a 960. You may spend a little more money now, but you'll save more in the long run. The 270 can run medium graphics at ~50-80 FPS, but generally a little more expensive card is worth it.

Can you state how much is your budget for that particular rig?
I would advise you to buy the GTX 960 for a better,solid gaming at a medium pricepoint but the 280X seems a better choice if you dont mind eating extra watts for that. 270X for me is a solid card(I owned one) but for now it cant handle much 1080P gaming at best/max/highest settings. Spend a few more bucks on a better card.
