Hi everyone,

I have 2 routers, each with their own connection to ISPs.
Router 1 - TP-Link TD-W8980
Modem 1 - ZyXEL VMG1312-B10A
Router 2 - D-Link DSL-2750U

My Network Setup
ISP 1 --> Modem 1 (DHCP, NAT, WAN, etc.) --> Router 1 (Wireless AP) <-- Me
ISP 2 --> Router 2 (Dad's network) <-- DVR (LAN)

I have got a new CCTV DVR (static IP) that is connected to Router 2 via Ethernet. I would like to be able to access the DVR via Router 1 as well as Router 2. They both are too far for a wired connection, but can get wireless signal to each other. No issue if the clients of one router can see the clients of the other router, but should not be able to access the other's Internet connection.

Edit: Router 2 is also a Wireless AP.

Solution
Install a WiFi access at your dad's place. Connect to that WiFi from a computer at your place - you got access to the DVR.
To make network-to-network connection would require pretty much redoing your own network with real router (not a comsumer-level gateway)

Thanks for the info.
My dad's router is a Wireless AP.
I was just hoping to find a beter way to check the CCTV other than switching wifi networks all the time. But my desktop (currently not working) is connected to both the networks simultaneously - 1 wired, 1 wireless.
