GTA V PC DirectX Problem. Help!

Hello guys i have an error when i try to launch Gta V
its not cuz of my pc specs
cpu is : i5 4690k
gpu : R9 270x toxic
ram : 8GB ddr3

So here is picture of the error:

Do you have ur GPU driver install? Do you have direct x installed?

Yes I installed gpu driver and the directx 11 but i dunno why it happens :X

I think its cuz of gpu drivers when i click on Catalyst install manager it wouldn't let me open it ? Do you think that i didn't installed em?

Thing is he dont have legit copy of GTA V.So that why i wrote him in P.M.

He don't know fix, here is what he send my in P.M.

"You just have to update game.
You probably have pirated version and you didn't install update right."

I fix problem using DX10...
