A couple of days ago I was on my PC playing online poker and my monitor went black and I was unable to do anything except restart the computer. This problem proceeded to happen multiple times afterward and one time the screen went a grayish blue with vertical red lines running down it. This problem does not only occur while playing games, it will happen while surfing the web or even just at the desktop.
I went into the bios and noticed that the 3.3v would occasionally drop into the red, around 2.9v and would go no higher than 3.1v. The monitor went black a couple of times while I was in the Bios. When I checked my PSU with a volt meter everything was as it should be, I read 3.32v coming out from the 24 pin connector. This is my first computer build and its only 5 months old. Any help would be appreciated.

Mother board- Asus A5M99fx
PSU- Corsair CX750M
