Go for Intel i5-4440 over AMD FX 8320 as it runs slower(so having less TDP)but performs better than Amd one.-http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-4440-vs-AMD-FX-8320
For Motherboard go for Giagbyte B85-D3H/Asus ONe-http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-ga-b85-d3h-motherboard/p/itmdmzw9rhxygrjq?pid=MBDDMZW9RHXYGRJQ&srno=b_23&ref=639db06c-8472-4926-b537-e3814082fb09

For PSU go for CM GM550 if you take Intel build ,this is 80+ Bronze one with semi-modular cables. For AMD build stick with Thunder 600 as FX requires more power
