Can a Thermalright True Spirit 90M cool a G3258 (4.5GHz) well?

All in the question? I'm considering buying this cooler, and I want to ask about whether it's good. It has some excellent reviews on Amazon (some people said it performs around the same as the 212 Evo, but I'm not sure whether I can trust these reviews). It's only got a 92mm fan, but can it cool well? I can't get the 212 Evo as it won't fit in my case, and I have a small budget (under £25).

I think Tom's Hardware got almost up to that speed with the Stock Cooler, so the Thermalright Macho 90M should be able to do it handedly.

Thermalright is an excellent brand for cooling solutions, almost as well-known as Noctua.

If it helps, I purchased a very similar coolermaster heatsink ( I dont remember the model but it looks exactly like the evo you mentioned) and I never have overheating problems running my 2600k at 4.5ghz My idles are around 20 and my max is around 60. I know my fan died after a year and the heatsink was running well enough to let me idle but it was a toasty idle. I just replaced the fan and havent had an issue since.
