No, for the FX 8320e you would need an AM3+ motherboard. But it's a moot point really, I recommend the 860k over the 8320e, it's much newer and has better single core performance which matters the most when gaming. Not to mention, it's also cheaper.

Here is my system:
CPU: AMD Athlon 5350 APU, 2.05Ghz, AD5350JAHMBOX
MHB: Gigabyte AMD AM1 FS1b Socket HDMI D-Sub mATX Motherboard GA-AM1M-S2H
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB Single DDR3 (x2)
HDD: Seagate 1TB Desktop HDD
PSU: EVGA 500W 80PLUS Certified
GPU: Sapphire radeon R7 260x

My budget is like under $100 for a cpu (its low because im like 14 can't get money very easily Lol)
Is there a CPU that will fit the motherboard i have (because i don't think i have the money to get a new motherboard right now) that will work with my gpu?

Yes
But why go for the 760k when you can go for the better x4 860k for the same price

I wouldn't get that mobo, it's an A58 chipset and it's a very small one which hinders how you can upgrade it, you want an 88X chipset like one of these:

Asus A88X-Plus:

MSI A88XM-E45:
