I wish you got a different motherboard. none of the 700 or 800 series even some of the 970 board chipsets properly support the 8xxx expect for some of the no longer made 95w versions. You might run into VRM limitations more than anything with that board, also the motherboard supports 1066 and 1333 memory so it can't use the full potential of the 1600 speed memory. Revision 4.1 or higher supports the fx 8350, but you are going to be hit with some limitations from the power phase and heat spreaders on the board.
