Can the Corsair AX760i handle my build?

Motherboard: Asus Maximus vii Hero
CPU: i7-4790k

RAM: vengeance pro xmp 1866mhz 2 x 8gb

Optical: Blu ray/ dvd combo

Graphics: evga gtx 980 classified

Cpu cooler: h110i gt

I have about 10 case fans including radiator fans and some case lighting. I plan on overclocking both the i7 and the graphics card. I also plan on getting a second gtx 980 classified to run SLI. Please help me out

Really?.. Are you all speaking from experience or what? Like i said. I plan on overclocking and SLI'ing. I have checked plenty of PSU calculators on the web and they all say i will need more or less. I just dont want to be stuck with an underpowered psu. Thanks for your assistancr
 
SLI 980s will use about 400w overclocked running at 100%

The CPU will use less than 120w overclocked.

I doubt your system will pull over 550w when gaming even heavily overclocked and SLI'd.

With just one 980 you system will barely pull over 350w at FULL 100% load.

You are more than fine. People SLI 980s on 650w all the time.

If you are really worried about 760 watts not being enough, just go a step up and get the AX860i. Will give you the extra headroom and you wont have to worry about not having enough power for 980 sli.

That being said, the AX760i will be fine for 980 sli =D
