PC won't boot after installing new RAM

Greetings,
I have recently purchased 4GB RAM I want to add to my current 4GB of RAM that my PC has.
This is the motherboard I have: http://eu.msi.com/product/mb/G41M-P26#hero-specification
According to specs, max 8GB of RAM can be installed on it.
Also used CrucialScan and it gave me the same result (that you can install an additional 4GB RAM)
I purchased my new RAM stick and plugged it in, made sure it went in good contact, but when I pressed the start button, the PC wouldn't boot (Monitor screen remains black, keys don't work, but the system is running) I purchased a Zeppelin Memory Stick, 4GB RAM, DDR3, 1333MHz, CL9, considering that it did fit the specs of the motherboard. The old 4GB of RAM that I own is however from Kingmax, not Zeppelin, same specs (DDR3, 1333MHz etc). PC will boot only with old memory in, won't boot with both in, won't boot with only the new one in. Any reason why does this happen and how can I fix it?
I've read on different threads about a possible solution, and I've seen that resetting the CMOS would be the way to go, but I'm not sure. Can someone clarify?
Thanks in advance.

Tried that, unfortunately no positive result. Still won't boot up with new RAM stick.

Not sure how exactly to do this. I know that it is a setting changeable from the BIOS but I couldn't find it anywhere on this BIOS.

I went and changed the module I had for a Kingmax too, same result won't work exactly like the one before did, but one thing I observed which I really didn't gave enough attention to is that my original RAM module is low density while the 2 newer modules were both high density. Went on the manual and saw that it says to use same density when dual channeling. Now I guess I have to find a low density module and change, but isn't there any way to make it work nevertheless using both high and low density? However, I think that if there is a way, it won't work cause my mobo didn't work with only the high density RAM in it, so it is probably a compatibility problem.

Will updating my BIOS probably solve the problem? (Edit: Updated BIOS, no changes)
