Gigabyte Z97X- Gaming GT vs Asus Maximus Hero VII?

As seen above, I'd like to know which mobo is better?

My main interest is OCing an i7-4790k.

Which one of these boards would be best for me?

Other suggestions are welcome as well.

The Z97C Gaming GT is in tier 1. The Hero is in tier 1b. They are both pretty good motherboards. The Gaming GT is a bit better.

the HERO as being ROG series uses top components, better bios. So in terms of overclocking i think the Hero is superior. That is my personal opinion.
