hello everyone
i tried anything i found on google to make this card run but no result ... tried updating my MB bios, instlled a fresh windows 8.1, different drivers but nothing

anyone have an idea about this?

hello rob .. my brother i saw that article befor and did what the guy did but nothing. can i update my gpu bios while its showing this 43 error ? btw this is a new card fo me and didnt see it runing yet

The old saying of 'phone a friend' springs to mind. If you have a friend or family member with a PC you can try the offending GPU in their machine. This would rule out if it's faulty or not.
This will save you time mucking about too:)
