What to upgrade first? Cpu and motherboard or Gpu?

My question is what do all you guys think i should upgrade first. I have the ability to upgrade one or the other. Cpu and motherboard or Gpu. I will post a pcpartpicker link to my current build.

I will eventually get the all of it. I just can't get it all at once. I want to know what i would be better off upgrading first.

I think CPU/Motherboard upgrade should be first.

I would recommend cpu and mother board too. Your gpu is fine considering the parts you have.
