Hey fella's I've gone over the forums a bunch but this time im truly stumped, as the title suggests I'm building a PC, right now the intended build is: i-7 4790k, a Rosewill 850watt Photon, Asus Maximus VII Hero, 16gb of RAM G. Skill Ripjaws DDR3 clocked at 1600, and an Asus 970 Stryx so as the title states, I have seated everything a couple times and just can't figure out the problem, the Mobo receives the power and even enough to move the CPU fan a bit but other than that nothing, I have to cut off the power to the pc before I can try again so i am officially stumped, even if you guys could just bounce off ideas, anything is helpful. thanks in advance.
Building a PC, wont even make a fan rotation before turning off.
