Would I be able to use two differnt graphics cards in 1 PC

I have a GTX 980 Card and I want to get the Titan X. I have a Maximus Vii motherboard and I would like two know if I could use both for a triple monitor setup?

It is a waste of money. You can't SLi different models on NVidia cards. Whichever card you chose to be the primary card the other would only be used to perform PhysX and/or extend your desktop. If you want to SLi the cards you need to make sure they are both the same model.

I'd stick with your 980. If I remember correctly, the 980 is better for real gaming and the titan is better for basically everything else graphics wise. I might not be correct but I read that somewhere. I say research both cards thoroughly and make a decision on sli 980s, a titan, or keeping the single 980.
