[SOLVED] i5 or i7 Gaming PC for Minecraft maxed-out with shaders @ 120 FPS (60fps if that is impossible)

Budget: £600 without the OS (I already have windows 8)
CPU: Any i5 or i7 (I got a PC with the 8350 and it was a lot slower than I thought it would be)
Graphics Card: I am only gaming at 1080p so anything below a GTX 970 (also gigabyte)
Motherboard: Gigabyte because their motherboards are really durable
PSU: What ever is needed (not platinum, I'm fine with bronze if it is quiet enough)
Sound card: Not needed I don't think but I'm not sure
Wi-Fi card: 150mbps card (my internet is 0.1 mbps so no more is needed)
Disc drive: Anything that fits the case
Case: Preferably the Fractal Design R5 (very expensive but very quiet)

an i3 would be fine. With even 4gb ram and a gt730. So as long as your PC is better than this you'll be cruising.

Gigabyte is OK for amd mobos but not Intel.

Isn't your graphics card priority for such a PC? I'm sure Minecraft doesn't require a demanding CPU at all. However, the i3-4150 I included here is an actually good CPU with hyper threading. With shaders you do want an overkill graphics card in my opinion but this is just a suggestion:
