So I've had this computer for ages but around four months ago it no longer booted windows properly, so I replaced the hard drive and reinstalled a fresh copy of windows. This was last night, and to my relief the computer was working perfectly, I could run my Steam games, browse the internet, etc.

I went out and left it running, but when I came home it was doing what I described in the title. I would hear it turn on, a couple beeps, the fan running, and then a second later it would shut off before starting the process again. I promptly shut off the power at the back and unplugged it, going to sleep.

Today I tried it again, hoping it was a fluke, but unfortunately it's still turning on then off.

I've taken a look inside and everything seems to be wired correctly. The new hard drive has power running to it, as does the mobo, my gpu, cpu, everything. I even did a little dusting hoping that that would help, but to no avail.

Here are the PCs specs: http://i.imgur.com/TjaSdbf.png

I honestly don't know what to do at this point, so any help is really appreciated. Also, if you need photos of the inside or whatever let me know.

Thanks!

Whoops, sorry, didn't mean to set you as the best solution, but yeah, I've been tinkering with it but to no avail. Might take it into a shop to get it repaired at this point, idk I know enough.
