Intel Haswell Refresh Series on H81 chipset motherboard, is it possible?

So... Hello.
I'm planning to build a PC with i3 4160 which is refresh series but I got no more budget for motherboard that support Refresh series, the question is... Can I use ASRock H81M-HDS as the motherboard and will it compatible with intel haswell refresh? If yes, how?

Well if H81 Chipset won't work, I could just get i3 4130.

Hi,
The 4460 is supported by the ASRock board starting with the P1.90 BIOS version.
The board has to be manufactured after September 2014.
If BIOS older than required one, you can order a BIOS chip on ebay and replace the board's one.
