Hello! I will be buying a graphics card this end of April but I only have 350 watts on my PSU.

My motherboard is: G31M-VS2

My motherboard is quite the old model but has a PCI-e x16 v. 1.0 / 1.1
I want the best graphics card for my computer but I want the required watts as low as possible. My budget is at least 100$.

I don't know my exact PSU model I have, but when I bought the computer (pre-built), it was there from the very beginning. By the way, my computer is an Intel brand. The only part we changed is the motherboard because it was fried. But nothing to worry about for now, I installed a few fans inside to prevent overheating. My overall fans are 5. My processor is I belive an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400. Yes, 100$ at least is my budget.

Yep, I am planning to improve my CPU soon. Buy not this year, I am really broke. I just want a card that can run good enough on my computer. Please suggest more aside from GTX 750 Ti.

There isn't anything more to recommend. Your CPU is seriously lacking for most modern games. A R7-250X is about the slowest GPU worth bothering with for any sort of remotely serious gaming while also being just about the fastest GPU your CPU can handle. The GTX750 can be had for a few extra bucks but is complete overkill for your current CPU.

There really isn't anything else worth recommending. At least not on a ~$100 budget and your current CPU.

By the time you upgrade some time next year, even IGPs might be faster than either of those.
