so heres my plan im goin to ue it for some video editing ,cad and specially gaming :D

heres my build

proc:Amd fx-8350
Mobo:msi 970 gaming
mem:Hyperfurry X - 4gb(2)
hdd:western digital caviar blue 1TB
gpu: sapphire r9 270x
psu:thermaltake new lite power 600w

also im planning to over clock it and do crossfire but im afraid that it might bottle neck or something and does my psu could handle it ?

You're going to need to cool that chip. Think about an AIO liquid or big air. Lots of heat on that one. BTW, I'm not a huge fan of big air, but it won't leak.......
I think you're going to want to move up to an 850w psu, the TH psu tier chart is not working for me atm. Get the best one you can afford. Seasonic, EVGA, Antec, Corsair, etc.
Plan on a SSD when you can get at least a 120gb into your budget.

ohh i see. haha actually im new at building pc please educate me more haha .. iwas thinking for about $500-1000

im from philippines and its very hot in here and also i need decent cooling for the pc ppls educate me more :D
