Hi guys,

Today I got the H80i GT cooler for my i5 3570k. I was using a Hyper 212 Evo before with 4.3 GHz OC with idle tempst around 33-35. After I installed this new cooler I immediately noticed the idle temps are hitting 40+, too high.

Also after installing corsair link software it did not detect the h80i pump or fans.

The registry edit fix doesn't apply to me because i dont have that folder in my registry.
I tried switching usb headers on the motherboard doing a cold boot but that doesn't work either.

Could someone please help me? I have been searching for hours..

I have a Gigabyte GA-Z77x-d3h mobo

edit: Is my pump broken? I switched it to a SYS_Fan header and put the rpms on max in bios. While my front intake fan's rpm increased from 500 to 800+, the pump's RPM stayed at 800~. Also is there a specific way to mount the radiator? Tubes on top/bottom?

Thanks
