To be honest, not very well. Sorry.

If you were to play it, you would probably have to have the settings on low. But the fps wouldn't be great unless you play in a really weird resolution like 800 x 600.

The graphics card is really letting you down which is why you won't be able to play it smoothly. Secondly, the CPU isn't the recommended. An i5 is good for GTA V.

For upgrades, you could probably just upgrade the graphics card and get away with the CPU but some settings will be have to be turned down because of the CPU.
