Help Finding a low but high FPS Graphics Card (Max: $200)

I need help finding a gaming Graphic card it has to be 2GB max of $200 at-least 60FPS on a game like battlefield 4 or GTA IV at max-medium settings i have a part list to check for compatibility if that's needed

The GTX 960 is quite good at the moment:

You're best bet the gtx 960 ($200) or the 750 ti ($150) On the AMD side you can pick either the r9 270 ($180) or the r9 280 ($240). All will play bf4 @ 1080p well but may face problems in GTA IV.
