So I install a new mobo recently. Booted up my pc and went into bios and checked everything there and then saved and exited and reset and let it boot up.

Loaded up windows and my razor mouse and keyboard turned off. So I can't use them to download necessary drivers and firmware needed. So I plugged In a keyboard that uses a ps2 port and can only do so much with just a keyboard.

Also Its not reading that there is a internet connection. I have a Ethernet cable running to it. Not sure what's causing these problems. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it

Solution
If NO USB devices are being recognized, then you have an issue of some kind. USB 2.0 (Black) devices should be natively supported in all modern operating systems. If it's just the Razer keyboard and mouse, or only the blue USB 3.0 ports, then try downloading and installing the drivers for that. If you can find or borrow a regular wired usb mouse from somewhere, or buy one, you can get plain Jane versions at most places that sell electronics for extremely cheap, that might be your best option for getting things going.
