How to update BIOS.

Asus M5A97 R2.0, American Megatrends Inc. 2501, 07/04/2014

Apparently I get a lot of blue screens because problems of hard drive, and these problems are caused because of not updated BIOS. I bought brand new Hard Drive still get Bluscreens, so I really need to update and hope that it will fix

It could be, because I got 1600, but I cannot run on these speed maximum like 1734 which is very weird number. But that would mean I got faulty brand new ram, any suggestions what should I try to do ?

So now I'm going to try just using one ram, it will take a while to see if I get bluescreens, anyways what I found in BIOS that all my ram values are right now like 1132 1385 1561 1721 2153... and when I set it to auto it usually sets to 1333 and all the available values are like 1333 1600 1866... however even on auto the values are messed up.. Even if blue screens not rams fault, I'm pretty sure rams shouldn't do this.
