Can't find place to plug sata wires on a usb 3.0 expansion PCIe card into

I'm sorry I wasn't more descriptive. I'm never opened up a pc before. It is a visiontek usb 3.0 4-port PCIe expansion card. when I purchased the card I thought there would be available power plug butt they is not the card came with a cable that oohs 4 plunged on one end ad's the other Enid spots off into two connectors, one says SATA on it and the other end says SATA POWER on it. I can't don't see a place to plug it into

You have to inset the card into a PCIe slot on the motherboard and connect a molex cable from the power supply to the card http://extreme.pcgameshardware.de/attachments/238178d1276486656-lueftersteuerung-molex-style-power-connector.jpg
The SATA cable is not necessary, if molex available.

it is a usb 3.0 4 port PCIe visiontek card. and I know where the card is to go in the mobo, but the power supply is not there. no available connections, and the card came with a cable wiring with molex on one end to the card itself and the other end was split in two, one says SATA on it and the other says SATA POWER.
