Firstly Try Right Clicking On Desktop And Then Select The Option Auto-Arrange Icons If It Helps Then Fine If Not Then For Sure It's Screen Resolution Problem Try Reconnecting Your VGA/DVI/HDMI Connection Properly And Re-Install Latest Drivers Of Your GPU And It Must Set The Recommended Resolution If Still There's A Problem,Goto Nvidia Control Pannel And Set Resolution To Recommended One And It Must Be Fine...
