Best PC for streaming/gaming/rendering under $700

I am new to building PC's. I want to build a PC that can stream, game, and render videos without spending a while lot of money. My price rang is 600-700 dollars. I would like to keep it close to $600. What would be the best parts that i would need to build a pc like this?

^^ that's 600 pounds, not dollars. and in any case, that build is not proficiently designed for the desired tasks.

you would benefit more, in this rare case, from a higher core count and clock speed provided by the FX series. it also leaves room for an overclock with an upgrade cpu cooler for ~$30 in the future. also, want to upgrade with an SSD for your OS and Software at some point, to see a huge improvement in disk response times.
